Shipping, Exchange, Return, Refund and Sizing Policy – Catolica Rosaries

1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within up to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, which may vary depending on:

  • High-demand periods

All delivery times provided are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking Code

A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


2. Return and Refund Policy

Request Deadline

Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Be in perfect condition

  • Include all original tags

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Important: Retilier reserves the right to offer alternative solutions to returns or refunds, such as sending a replacement product without requiring the return of the originally received item, always aiming to provide the best customer experience.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Products on sale or identified as “Sale” or “Free Gift”

  • Gift cards

  • Requests made outside the allowed timeframe

  • Products that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy


4. Sizing and Fit Policy (IMPORTANT)

Our products follow a specific manufacturing standard, which may differ from what some customers expect.

Important Sizing Notice

Due to our production process, customers may receive a garment with a size label indicating one size larger than the one selected at checkout.

Measurement Variations

Measurements may vary by 1 to 3 cm due to manual measuring.

Minor color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Receiving a size label different from the one selected does not qualify as an incorrect shipment and is not eligible for automatic exchange.

We strongly recommend consulting the size chart available on the product page before making a purchase.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges for Defects or Damage

Exchanges will be accepted only if the product:

  • Arrives damaged, or

  • Has a manufacturing defect

Requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, with photos or videos provided for review.

Once approved, the exchange will be processed at no additional cost, whenever possible.

Exchanges Due to Size Preference

Exchanges due to size preference:

  • Depend on stock availability

  • Are not guaranteed

  • Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility


5.1 Alternative Solution – Replacement Without Return (Exception)

In specific situations — such as dissatisfaction with the received model or the perception that the size did not meet expectations — CatolicaRosaries may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative solution to the standard exchange or refund process.

This solution consists of sending a replacement product, at no additional cost and without requiring the return of the originally received item.

Conditions of this option:

  • The replacement shipment replaces any refund request

  • The customer agrees to keep the originally received item

  • The offer is subject to support review

  • Subject to stock availability

  • May be granted only once per order

By accepting this solution, the customer acknowledges that the request will be considered fully resolved.


6. Refunds

Refunds are considered only as a last resort, when no other solution (exchange, replacement, or store credit) is possible.

When applicable:

  • The returned product will be inspected

  • The customer will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Orders with free shipping may be subject to a restocking fee

  • Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider


7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

If the return is due to a store error (incorrect or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by Catolica Rosaries


8. Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to contact the Catolica Rosaries support team before opening any dispute or chargeback with their bank or card provider.

Chargebacks opened without prior contact may be contested, provided that this policy was presented and accepted at checkout.

10. Klarna Purchases – Special Return Policy

For purchases made using Klarna as the payment method, the following return policy applies in accordance with Klarna merchant requirements.

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a Klarna return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be unopened

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • This requirement exists for sanitary and safety reasons

Return Shipping

For Klarna purchases, return shipping is covered by Catolica Rosaries, meaning customers will not be charged for return postage.
